Shahnaz Saeed, MD

Dr. Shahnaz Saeed is a Board-Certified Pathologist with over 10 years of experience in the field of surgical cytology and clinical pathology, as well as extensive clinical and surgical lab experience. Dr. Saeed specializes in Genito-Urinary Pathology.

She is involved in the American Society of Anatomic Pathologists and the College of American Pathologists.

Dr. Saeed graduated from the Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan in 1994 and completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from Loyola University and Medical Center in Chicago in 2005. From 2005-2006, she was a Fellow in Surgical Pathology at Loyola University and Medical Center.

Upon finishing her Fellowship, she began working as a Staff Pathologist at Associated Pathologists of Joliet in Chicago and worked there for 5 years. She has since served as a Laboratory Director at the following practices: Lome Urology, Advance Urology, Greater Chicago Urology, Illinois Urologic Health Institute, and Illinois Urologic Health Surgeons.

Dr. Saeed is still a Laboratory Director with Illinois Urologic Health Institute and Illinois Urologic Health Surgeons, and is the full time Medical Director at Metro Chicago Surgical Oncology.
