Jacob Sorensen, PA-C, MPAS

Jacob Sorensen, PA-C, MPAS is a board-certified Physician Assistant with specialized training in Urology. He provides care for conditions such as BPH, elevated PSA, prostatitis, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, urinary urgency and incontinence, erectile dysfunction, hematuria, and other urologic concerns. He is committed to providing exceptional patient care while using evidence-based medicine and creating a space where patients feel supported and play active roles in their care.

Jacob earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where he was born and raised. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates.

In his free time, you can find him reading a book, theorizing about going for runs, or hitting up the newest restaurant or bagel shop.
